First Wedding at Christ Alive

“We think we need to be married,” the couple spoke to Pastor Buxton. And so, on Sunday evening, August 24th, came about the first wedding at Christ Alive Worship Center–a direct result of our Christian Intervention Program.

We set up a few refreshments, but George’s brother, as a surprise, had arranged a lovely reception at their beautiful home.

Together, they will take on the world.

“Sign right here, please……the deed is done.”

Presenting Mr. and Mrs. George Hope.

“The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

  1. Congratulations to the new couple. God is doing something great!

  2. Aren’t they a beautiful couple. They have made up their minds to serve God. We are so happy they are a part of our church.

Congratulations to the brinde and groom. What a lovely thing to do to organise a surprise reception.

  4. How sweet of you, Greg, to stop by (all the way from Australia) and offer congratulations to our new bride and groom.

Please pray for them. They will be facing challenges during the next few weeks, and serving God is new to them. I know they are up to it, though.
